Cancellation Policy

Please leave at least 24 hours for rescheduling or cancelling stand alone 1:1 sessions. Cancellations made after the 24 hour period will incur the full charge. ALL courses, packages and programs are non-refundable. Medical Intuition and Coaching Terms of Engagement and Confidentiality The Client understands and agrees to the following: • I am responsible for contacting my GP about any health concerns. • I understand that the coaching, which is not directive advice, counselling or therapy I receive, may address specific goals, conditions or general conditions and overall goals in my life. Coaching may include boundary and priority setting, reframing, NLP, goal setting, action plan formulation, guided meditations, visualisations, questioning and behavioural change techniques. •I understand that Claire Doherty is not a financial planner, accountant, lawyer, doctor, psychologist, psychotherapist, financial advisor, relationship therapist, or any registered professional. Although Claire Doherty is a registered nutritional therapist and chartered physiotherapist, I understand and acknowledge that neither of these services are being provided as part of this program. she will NOT be acting. I understand that Claire will not be providing a diagnosis, treatment or cure for any medical condition, disease, mental or physical ailment and that should I experience any of these I should seek the advice of my GP or relevant health professional. • If I am unclear about the agreed programme and recommendations I should contact Claire Doherty promptly for clarification. • I understand that the advice is personal to me and may not be appropriate for others. • I understand that I should I be using prescription medications these should not be changed, adjusted or stopped without consultation with my Dr I acknowledge and agree to continue with any care that I am currently receiving from medical professionals and understand that the information I receive is not medical advice and is not meant to take its place. • Recording consultations using any form of electronic media is not allowed without the written permission of both me and Claire. By signing you agree that digital notes may be taken and stored appropriately.
