Who are the retreats suitable for?
Restore is open to anyone ready for a deeper experience of themselves — whether you're a coach, therapist, practitioner or simply someone who knows it's time for something to shift. No prior experience of this work is needed.
Do I need to attend alone?
Many people come alone and find it one of the most connecting experiences of their lives. You are also welcome to come with a friend, partner or loved one — just let us know when booking.
What is the accommodation like?
Rise is held in Bali and Restore at The Talay in Thailand — both are beautiful, carefully chosen venues designed to support deep rest and restoration. Single and shared room options are available.
Are flights included in the price?
Flights are not included. The retreat price covers accommodation, all meals, and the full programme.
What if I have dietary requirements?
All dietary requirements are catered for. Please let us know when booking and we'll make sure you're fully taken care of.
