A 5-Week 1:1 Journey to Understand Your Anxiety Patterns and Move Forward with Clarity, Calm and Confidence If you’re tired of looping in the same thoughts… if your body goes into overdrive before you can catch it… if you keep shrinking, spiralling, overthinking or shutting down — Steady Steps is your path back to solid ground. This is a gentle but powerful 5-week 1:1 program that helps you understand why your anxiety shows up the way it does, what triggers your specific patterns, and how to take clear, steady action instead of reacting from fear. You'll receive grounded support, practical tools, and a deeper understanding of the archetype driving your responses. This program is for you if: You want to stop repeating the same emotional or behavioural patterns. You feel stuck, frozen or pulled in different directions. You sense there’s a deeper root behind your anxiety. You’re craving clarity, confidence and inner steadiness. You want personalised guidance, not generic advice. You’ll learn how to regulate your body, reframe your thoughts, and shift out of fear-driven patterns into grounded self-authority. Each week includes: A 1:1 session with me Personalised insights and practices A simple, steady step to implement Weekly email support in-between sessions Audio recordings of sessions to listen back to By the end of Steady Steps, you will: Understand your anxiety with clarity instead of confusion Feel more regulated, grounded and present Break the cycle of people-pleasing, overthinking or avoidance Know exactly what your system needs to feel safe Move forward with confidence instead of fear
Cancellation Policy
Please leave at least 24 hours for rescheduling or cancelling 1:1 sessions. Cancellations made after the 24 hour period will incur the full charge. All courses, packages and programs are non-refundable.
